What are containers?
Containers provide a lightweight and efficient means of deploying your applications. Rather than require a full virtual machine to run on, they are packaged into self-contained units that can run almost anywhere.
What are microservices?
Microservices are small, single-purpose applications. Building multiple, small apps that can interact with each other facilitates more efficient development and deployment processes, and more cost effective scaling in production.
Aren't on-premise environments more secure than the cloud?
Not necessarily. Incorrectly configured cloud environments can expose security risks that are less obvious than their on-premise counterparts, but these are easily remediated and often cost significantly less to properly secure than full on-premise environments.
Do I even need to worry about containers or orchestrators?
Containers and microservices provide many benefits, but they certainly are not one-size-fits-all. We can work with you to assess your solution, and advise on whether containers or a microservices style environment would benefit you.
Do you work with on-premise or bare metal Kubernetes, or Cloud only?
All of the above. We work with customers of all shapes and sizes, no matter where Kubernetes may be located, including major clouds such as Azure, AWS and GCP.

Aren't containers secure by default?
Unfortunately, this isn't the case and many defaults set by popular IDEs introduce significant risks to your applications and business. However, many of these can be addressed with well defined development procedures that we will help you establish.
Which cloud is the most secure?
While there are many public cloud providers available, we recommend using Azure, AWS or GCP due to their continued investment into market leading security and protection technology.
